How about the many instances of adult males pulling alongside school buses of female student athletes going to away games and masturbating on highways? Did coaches or bus drivers even bother calling cops (surely this is a crime? Students are minors?) NOPE! We were advised to IGNORE and NOT ENCOURAGE them! (By existing I guess).
