I think more people who consider themselves “lie detector experts “ should read your last point. Anyone who had a parent who didn’t believe the truth when they heard it bc they thought they knew it was a lie knows how useless those conversations were, and usually tried to discover what the questioner thinks and serves it up! That’s how Fox News was born.
