I wonder how much the Evangelical notion that every random woman is a de facto “help mate/help meet” makes those in management positions believe that underlings (who are generally female) should just do all this shit, with a sweet smile, grateful for the opportunity for their inferior minds to be occupied with the more interesting grunt work of their betters.
