I’ve really begun to wonder if the application process is the beginning of the hazing for new hires, to see how much crap candidates will put up with, compare it with their salary ask , decide from these and other variables (personality tests, regular tests, interview questions) if the candidate has the right amount of desperation to ability ratio to put up with bullshit for a long time without…engaging their self respect, moral compass, and integrity. How much abuse will this candidate take, and for how cheap?
