Maybe she’s just coming from a place of concern? Does she know what is involved with pole fitness? Invite her class after you go a few times, maybe she’ll come to appreciate the “fitness” part. You need a lot of upper body and back strength to turn upside down holding your body weight on a pole and twirl, again, upside down.
