Maybe you confirmed her suspicions? Maybe she paid a lot for it and felt foolish? Maybe she didn’t know what to believe and felt like everyone was lying to her? You didn’t do anything wrong, but she used to be much heavier and was very sensitive…after all the confidence boosting of the fake compliments, 3 negative comments must have been a huge shock. Asking for specific reasons doesn’t seem illogical but then maybe she decided to just wear something else. Wasn’t that nonsense worthy of deletion?
