My husband is a GM of a large company, and when he is presented with an idea he doesn’t like, he just says, matter of factly, “I’m not doing that” and moves on to his next thought. Professionally and in our personal lives, I’ve never once, NOT ONE TIME seen anyone, ever do anything but accept it.
