There are no clarifying details in this article. What does “want your attention” mean? Asked you to do something unprofessional? Exchanged pleasantries? Criticism of your hair or race? Spitballs? Normal , ordinary requests of co-workers? I’m also very confused by the tie-in to your mom being boring? Does that mean she’s boring so no one should bother her with attention seeking behavior either or she is boring so she doesn’t deserve to chat with you either? I’m trying to understand why a guy who doesn’t want attention would write an article and publish it? It’s confusing to me. Maybe you want attention, but from other people?

Wishes she had a gong, like on The Gong Show, but for stupid ideas (especially her own). Please don’t ask me what I think if you don’t want to know.
