They do indeed do this, and they actually feel pretty damn smart and strategic about it when they do, not like the sneaky little bitches they are being.
Especially those guys that watch those shows that feature secret agents, etc., and have “hidey holes” with a stash in it in their homes and a “go bag” just in case they need to make a quick getaway.
Who in the world does all this if they aren’t frightened?
